Harris Co. Deputy Constables help homeless man

HARRIS CO., TX -- Two Harris County deputy constables are being praised this morning for a helping a homeless man down on his luck.

The act of kindness was captured by another driver.

According to Precinct Four the deputies spotted the man holding a sign off of Richey Road and I-45.

They found out the man was trying to get money from passing driver so that he could get back to Seattle.

One of the deputies gave him a $100 bill so that the man could buy a ticket back home.

The deputies' act of kindness was recognized by the Constable and a commendation was put in their personnel file.
