Marci Izard, host of Feel Good Food, has just released a new book. Nourishing Your Whole Self; A Cookbook with Feelings categorizes recipes by how they make you feel.
"My category system--it's really not to tell anyone exactly how they're going to feel eating a certain dish. The idea is just to remind people that what you eat does have this effect on how you feel. I believe that the more aware you are of that--the more you connect and actually feel yourself--the better you eat," says Izard.
Izard’s book is available at your local bookstore, Barnes and Noble, and on Amazon. She also recently released a guided meditation album (available on itunes and Amazon as well).
