HOUSTON - Demetria Smith, a Houston mayoral candidate for 2015, is alleging voter fraud claiming the numbers don't add up. She  and other candidates will file a petition on Monday to invalidate some of the results from the last election.  It is not a lawsuit against the city, but the accusation of an unfair election is unsettling.

Smith says, "We will be filing a petition against the city, and one against the city clerk plus we want a temporary injunction to stop this mayoral or municipal election runoff."
