HOUSTON - Several students who rushed the field to celebrate the University of Houston’s AAC championship win were met with a fierce fist instead of a congratulatory high five.

Like football fans have done for ever and ever, people started to rush the field following the Coogs 24-13 win over Temple. Several of the security guards who worked at the stadium were not having it and got physical with fans.

Once videos of the roughing up started to circulate it didn’t take long for people including the university to express their displeasure with the situation. As a consequence, the University of Houston has told Contemporary Services Corporation, thanks but no thanks. The TEDCU Stadium will no longer be needing their services, they've cancelled their contract with the company.
