Justin Timberlake’s record company being sued over song ‘Suit & Tie’

NEW YORK - This time two years ago, Justin Timberlake was making a comeback and we couldn't get enough of his new single. The hit 'Suit and Tie' is one of Timberlake's most successful songs to date and an old school R&B group wants their cut!

Like a lot of our favorite tunes, the popular song had some sampled material. It came from the group known as The Sly, Slick and Wicked. The group says Timberlake's record label paid them to sample their song 'Sho `Nuff' but they never cut them a check for rights to perform the track.
