TARRANT COUNTY — Tonya Couch has flown the coop. Yep, Mama Couch is out of jail.

Affluenza teen Ethan Couch’s mom walked out of the Tarrant County Jail Tuesday morning, just hours after a judge reduced her bond from $1 million to just $75,000. She’s been fitted with an ankle bracelet and is ordered to live in with her older son in Tarrant County.

Couch is accused of helping Ethan Couch flee the country in order to avoid a probation violation hearing after video surfaced of him playing beer pong at a party. He’s currently on probation for a drunk driving crash that killed four people.

Ethan Couch remains in a Mexican jail fighting deportation.

Tonya Couch will also have to undergo a mental examination. Her lawyers claim she is not mentally competent to stand trial.

Seems this family is willing to do anything to beat the justice system, huh?
