Man stabbed to death at bus stop in NW Houston

HOUSTON - Authorities are searching for a suspect who stabbed a man to death at a Metro bus stop in northwest Houston Monday night.

It happened around 7 p.m. at a bus stop near a Valero off Gessner and Hammerly.

Police say two men got into an altercation when one of the men stabbed the other then threw it in the bushes before fleeing the scene.

Police recovered the knife.

However, there is no known motive at this time.
