HOUSTON - Monday, a Harris County grand jury cleared Planned Parenthood of any wrongdoing.  Instead, anti-abortion activists behind the undercover video of Planned Parenthood executives allegedly arranging fetus tissue sales, are in the hot seat.

After a two-month investigation, the grand jury indicted them of tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony in this case.

Planned Parenthood the says the heavily edited video was part of a smear campaign, but the Center of Medical Progress says the video speaks for itself.

The state of Texas says it will continue it's own investigation against Planned Parenthood.
