SAN FRANCISCO - In San Francisco, pee is for public and if you can't hold it, urine for a treat.  In an attempt to flush out the city's public urination problem, the public works department installed outdoor urinals.

The urinals are sprinkled around Delores Park as part of a $20,000 dollar renovation project.  For those who need a little more privacy, the park also has nearly 30 new toilets.

Last summer, the city's public works department tested a sort of pee-repellent that splashes back when someone takes a whiz on public property.

With crowds going to San Fran for Sunday's big game, having extra places to go, when you gotta go might be beneficial.  It's one stinky project, we'll see if it goes main stream.
