America not in good shape: less than 3% of population lives healthy lifestyle

Hey America, it might be time to get in to shape. According to a new study out of Oregon State University, only 2.7% of U.S. adults live a healthy lifestyle.

Researchers studied nearly 5,000 folks and based on four different criteria: diet, exercise, body fat, and whether they smoked found some scary stats.

From the perspective of public health, the findings of the research were anything but encouraging.
