GLEN ALLEN, VA - Aren't classrooms for learning? A classroom at a school in Virginia allegedly became a place for higher learning.

Henrico County Police say the teacher, Domonic Leuzzi allowed students to smoke weed in his classroom at the Academy of Virginia Randolph, near Richmond.

"We got a call from the administration from the Henrico County Public School saying they received information from students that a teacher was allowing them to smoke marijuana in a class," said Lt. Chris Eley.

No word if the teacher took a hit, but the Henrico County School District sure wasn't blowing smoke about the situation.  Leuzzi was fired.

Cops charged him with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  Looks like Leuzzi has already got a failing grade from the school.  Who knows if a judge will give him detention.
