NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Police were baffled Tuesday night when a Texas woman called law enforcement and claimed a plastic toy assaulted her while her family was visiting a restaurant just outside Nashville.

According to CNN, Isabelle Lassiter was at the Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse when the restaurant’s hibachi chef sprayed water on her using a toy designed to look like a little boy urinating.

“It peed on me, basically, out of his wee wee area,” Lassiter said. “It really didn’t have a wiener, but you got the point.”

Lassiter was a business trip from Texas with her husband, children and grandchildren, investigators said. She and her spouse said they were mortified when the cook made the toy urinate water on her, according to CNN.

Lassiter’s husband said it was a “sexual style assault” on his wife.

Reports said the restaurant admitted the chef did shoot water into some customers’ faces that night.

Johnny Huang, the restaurant’s general manager, said he apologizes to the family and has never had any complaints about the toy before.

“The kids like it,” Huang said. “They think it’s a water gun, kind of like a water gun, you know?”

Huang said in the future, Wasabi’s chefs will ask for permission before spraying diners.

Officers investigating the case refused to press charges, reports said.
