It seems like everybody's smoking weed these days. Maybe they always have, but now folks are more blunt with their smoking habits.

A new Gallup survey  found that 13 percent of Americans admitting to current marijuana use has nearly doubled from 7 percent in three years. More Americans blow trees than live in the state of Texas!

While many Americans support legalization, and several states are legalizing the drug, the stigma of weed being a "bad thing" seems to be going away.

Legalizing the drug could greatly impact black families. Hundreds of thousands of people are arrested for pot possession each year and blacks are almost four times as likely to be arrested for possession as whites.

We don't know the future of marijuana but we do know folks aren't scared to wake and bake anymore.
