HOUSTON — Thousands showed up at Houston's first annual Open Air festival at NRG Park to jam with some of the most influential hard rock bands in the nation. But lighting in the area forced several evacuations and late Sunday afternoon, Houston Open Air announced on its Facebook page that all concerts were cancelled. Refund plans will be announced on Wednesday morning on the Houston Air website and social media pages.
