DETROIT, Mich. — We've all heard the old saying, “if it wasn't for bad luck, we'd have no luck at all.”

Well, try telling that to a Detroit man who lost his keys recently. Let's call him Johnny.

Ole Johnny decided the best way to get into his house was to break in through a small window in the basement.

Problem is: Johnny boy got stuck by his ankle and hung upside down for 13 hours. To make matters worse, his head was just inches above flood watered that had seeped in from the rain.

Luckily for Johnny, a neighbor went looking for him and found him in the not-so-flattering position. The fire department was later able to rescue him, and Johnny was taken to the hospital.

Wonder if Johnny will be keeping a much closer eye on his keys from now on?
