Kim Kardashian West sues online publisher over libel, while ‘robbery costume’ gets yanked

NEW YORK — These are tough times in the Kardashian household these days.

For starters, Kim Kardashian West is suing an online publication for libel over her recent robbery fiasco!

According to the suit, MediaTakeOut published a bunch of articles claiming "that Kardashian West faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent complaint with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars."

But suddenly, those articles have disappeared from the site.

And, sister Khloe went on the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' to say that Kim is not doing well.

"Well, I mean, it's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great," Khloe told Ellen. "And we'll get through it together."

One thing they'll have to get through is this cray cray Kim K Halloween costume!

The costume is raising a lot of eyebrows — even though it isn't named after Kardashian West — it's listed as the "Queen of Social Media" and includes a fake $4 Million dollar ring and a white short sexy robe.

Now that's scary!

But the costume company yanked the controversial costume after a backlash from Kim K fans, prompting it's CEO to apologize, although he says "people should be able to laugh at it and think it's funny."

Meantime, investigators in Paris say so far they have not found any traces of DNA left on a diamond pendant belonging to Kim that was found just blocks away from the crime scene heist.

But authorities say there are traces of DNA in Kardashian West's apartment, so maybe they're on to something?

Somehow, this whole episode would make a great reality show!

Just sayin'!
