HOUSTON, TX-  Feeling more stressed than usual?

The election might be to blame...

A new study from the American Psychological Association found that 52% of Americans feel the election is a significant source of stress.

And no shock here...millennials are more stressed by election discussions than Generation Xers or Boomers...

But don't worry, the experts at Sanctuary Spa in River Oaks have some stress-relieving tips.

"There are many things that you can do, you can find a massage, go get a massage, just break away for a bit from all of the noise...also get a facial...and also do meditation classes…you can go to an art supply store and just get some art get some colored pencils and some adult coloring books and just color your way but find a way to kinda calm and break away from some of the noise...sometimes you gotta give yourself a time out",  says, Kim Bady, of Sanctuary Spa.

So sit back and relax....

And remember...

Nov. 8 is just around the corner. Can you make it until Election Day?
