HOUSTON — Houston is known for its amazing food scene, but after eating all the scrumptious delicacies, we all know a workout could be useful. The good news is the Bayou City is packed with fitness options.

According to the Houston Press, you can get in a good sweat at the Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA.  If you prefer more of an outdoor exercise, the Houston Press names Memorial Park as the top jogging trail, while the Heights Hike and Bike Trail is the best for bikers.

Sometimes though, it's nice to make fitness a little competitive. That's where a nice round of golf can come in.  The Cypresswood Golf Club is the city's best course according to the Houston Press. With two 18-hole courses, the Cypress and the Tradition, golfers of all skill levels can enjoy nature, while playing a round at a reasonable price.
