HOUSTON — A Cypress mother looking to have a good time is behind bars after leaving her baby at a sports bar unattended, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies received a call around 10:14 a.m. Oct. 21 from the District 249 Sports Bar at 23238 SH 249 after someone reported finding the child. It isn’t clear whether the child was inside or outside the bar, but when authorities arrived, the baby’s mother was no where to be found, investigators said.

Officers later arrested the child’s mother Michelle Ann Bullock, 27, and charged her with child abandonment.

Bullock’s bail is set at $2,000.
