HOUSTON --Ford continued their commitment to local community heroes, with the help of Andre Ware, by providing a private tailgate lunch cooked by Chef Bryan Caswell for the firefighters of the Houston Fire Department.

Caswell and Ware provided lunch for firefighters Wednesday afternoon while playing quarterback toss and enjoying Caswell's delicious food.

"We're trying to show our appreciation for them taking care of us during this Thanksgiving weekend," Caswell said. "These guys have to work while we are all off enjoying football. These guys are watching our backs, so what is more rewarding than showing these guys our appreciation?"

Caswell did what he does best, grilling up tasty fajitas, bacon wrapped shrimp, rice, beans and more.
It was just a small way for him to say thanks.

"Thanks for all you guys do, from my heart, from Ford and the Texas tough team," Caswell said.

Firefighters were also given the chance to win tickets to Sunday's game.
