Closing Comments: Honey Diet

In honor of National Walking Day we found a couple of other ways to shed those pesky pounds.

....our favorite find!

A teaspoon of raw unfiltered honey with cinnamon sprinkled on top. The honey is said to speed up metabolism which helps the body burn fat longer throughout the day. The cinnamon is supposed to stabilize blood sugar and help the body metabolize glucose. Cinnamon also improves insulin function that helps you to lose weight!

That’s what we call a natural gut buster!
