Man charged in Harris Co. triple shooting arrested overnight in Dallas, deputies say

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas— The man accused of shooting and killing three people in the west Harris County area was arrested Sunday night in Dallas, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.

Jeffery Noble, 35, is charged with capital murder.

Deputies found the victims Friday at a home on Creekhaven Drive near Bear Creek Park on Friday. After the shooting, officers urged commuters to avoid the area surrounding the Katy Freeway at Wilcrest while officers searched for the suspect and his red Acura.

HCSO identified the victims as Robert Sciandra, 67, Jessica Sciandra, 22, and Michael Collier, 25.

Noble was taken into custody by the Dallas Police Department, deputies said.
