SAN ANTONIO, TX – A young boy and vodka definitely don’t mix. But if you’re Bo Deweese from San Antonio, it certainly does mix.

Bo’s love for bees turned into a money-making business for him. He has 10 beehives in his backyard and makes his own honey. His first year making and selling honey, at just 6 years old, he made $1,800. Then came along Clayton Christopher and Chad Auler, the founders of Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka. They were at a charity golf outing promoting their drink when they ran into Bo’s dad. The next day, Bo got a call that Clayton and Christopher wanted to use Bo’s honey in their vodka.

In two years, Deep Eddy has doubled its production, which means more money for them and Bo. And the rest of the story, as they say, is history!

And now this story is helping Bo taste the sweet signs of success.
