SUGAR LAND, TX – A guy running for office in Sugar Land may be in a little trouble.

The Texas Democratic Party points to voting records that show Bruce Fleming, a Republican precinct chairman who’s running for a seat on the Fort Bend County Commissioner’s Court, has been voting in multiple states for the last three elections. The records show that in 2006, 2008 and 2010, Fleming voted by mail in Pennsylvania and in-person in Texas.

If true, that is a second degree felony.

It’s all being investigated. For now Fleming is still in the race. He hasn’t returned our calls.
