LOS ANGELES, CA – Conrad Murray, the Houston doctor convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, apparently is not doing well in the clinker, and is turning into one big cry baby.

A lawyer says jail is causing Murray some health problems.

Yeah, being locked up with murderers and rapists has been known to be detrimental to one’s health.

Murray’s attorney says the 5-by-7 foot cell is too small, cramping his style, so to speak, and the reason the doctor had to see a doctor about shoulder pains and blood flow problems.

The lawyer suggests monitored home confinement for the rest of Murray’s four-year sentence. Hardly hard time for killing the King of Pop.
