BIDDEFORD, ME – A Zumba studio in Maine saw a big spike in men’s memberships. And while there was a lot of grunting, moaning, sweating and pelvic thrusts, there was no Zumba going on!

Alexis Wright, 29, is accused of running a prostitution gig out of her Zumba studio. Now it looks like the dirty laundry is going to get hung out to dry. A judge denied a defense lawyer’s motion to block police from releasing the list of clients. Defense attorneys say the list would ruin the lives of the men who were busy poking around the studio.

The list allegedly includes the names of local doctors, lawyers, farmers, law enforcement officials, politicians and some TV personalities.

Wright is facing 106 counts of prostitution, as well as tax evasion and other charges.
