Party rockin’ turns into party sinkin’

SAN FRANCISCO BAY – Twenty-two people had to be rescued after their party boat, The Neptune, started going the way of the Titanic.

The bachelor party was just getting started when the boat started taking on water.

The 18 passengers and four crew members all got off safely. As for why the boat started sinking, a crew member says the boat was inside the buoys and hit a rocky patch.
