CLAYTON, NJ – Tragically, it’s the end of the road for a New Jersey girl who went missing while on a bike ride.

Authorities say 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale has been found dead. It gets worse: her body was located in a recycling bin.

According to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office, Autumn was last seen alive Saturday riding her bicycle near her home.

200 law enforcement members all searched for Autumn, be it on horse, helicopter or with K-9s.

That’s not including the support from hundreds of people who showed up for a vigil, not to mention the over 16,000 people who showed support on a Facebook page made in Autumn’s honor.

There’s no word yet on the suspects.

And in another cruel twist of fate, Autumn’s 13th birthday is next week. That’s 13 candles that won’t get blown out. A life snuffed out way too soon.
