No telling what a New York City police officer was thinking serving as a side dish as he planned to kidnap, cook and eat as many as one hundred women.

28-year-old Gilberto Valle, the third was arrested after New York police say he exchanged electronic messages with an unnamed informant about the best way to cook and eat body parts.

FBI and the NYPD intercepted several online chats where the officer talked about his desires to become a professional kidnapper, and slow-cook woman over an open flame.

Police say Valle used law enforcement databases to study potential victims, and had files of at least one hundred women  on his home computer.

His father says he doesn’t believe Valle is guilty.

Hey, if it’s human meat he’s after, we’re pretty sure he’ll get his fair share in prison, if he’s convicted.
