HOUSTON, TX – Name-calling and rude remarks don’t just happen during elections, they happen in schools too.

Hundreds of middle school students from different campuses around Houston are learning to prevent bullying at the ‘No Place for Hate’ youth summit.

These kids are leaders, and will take it upon themselves to try to spread acts of kindness at their own schools.

It’s great that these kids are ready to stand against bullying. If anyone can make a difference in the bullying epidemic, it’s the kids.

While the focus right now is on which President to elect, we can all learn to elect some respect too.
