AURORA, CO – The theater in Aurora, Colorado were 12 people died and dozens were wounded earlier this year is going to reopen in January.

The building had been closed since a gunman opened fire during a movie about six months ago.

Cinemark says the theater has been remodeled, but to many, the place doesn’t feel like entertainment.

“It’s hard enough for me to drive passed the theater, so to actually go in the theater, it’s not something I believe me or my family would do,” says Eriz Scott, whose son was wounded in the shooting.
