ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Bieber fever has reached full-blown delirium.

The Biebs was reportedly the target of a bizarre murder plot, hatched by a convicted killer behind bars.

New Mexico state police have released the grisly details, developed by Mark Staake, his nephew Tanner Ruane and Dana Martin.

Martin, a convicted killer serving two life sentences for raping and killing a teen girl, recruited Staake–who in turn recruited his nephew–to kidnap and murder Bieber, his bodyguard and two other guys.

Martin gave strict instructions to strangle Bieber with a paisley necktie and then castrate him with a pair of garden clippers!

Turns out, Martin is a big fan of Biebs.

He’s written letters to him, and even has a tattoo of him on his leg.

But this insane plan came to screeching halt after Staake and Ruane took a wrong turn, and ended up crossing the Canadian border.

Staake had warrants and was arrested.

Ruane had cold feet.

And that’s when Martin spilled the beans to police about the nutty plot.

Don’t worry, “Beliebers”; Bieber still has his balls…even though it doesn’t really sound like it.
