Jogging outside may be making you stupid

USA – You may be jogging outside to keep your body fit, but you may be ‘running’ yourself crazy and stupid.

Belgium researchers say that jogging during high traffic and high polluted areas can cause higher levels of inflammation of the brain, leading to mental disorders and can keep you from retaining new information.

But that’s not an excuse to sit around on your hiney, researchers suggest jogging during non-peak traffic times or when it is raining or windy cuts down on the amount of pollution you inhale.

Or, just keep it safe, and stick to the treadmill.
