LONDON – New details in the death of Jacintha Saldanha, the British nurse who killed herself after being fooled by a couple of Australian deejays. You know; the prank call to a London hospital about the sick and pregnant Duchess of Cambridge.

Saldanha transferred the call, but no one could have guessed what would happen next.

Autopsy results show she cut her wrists and then hanged herself with a scarf.

Detectives say they also found three handwritten notes, but did not reveal what was said.

Police are still interviewing friends, family and colleagues to figure out exactly why she took her own life.
