CHICAGO, IL – Chicago police and the FBI got themselves an early little Christmas gift. Except it didn`t come with a big red bow; it came with handcuffs.

Joseph Banks and his cellmate Kenneth Conley are both convicted bank robbers. They escaped from jail earlier this week by tying blankets and rope together and climbed out a window.

Authorities were able to track down Banks, but Conley is still on the loose.
