It looks like history is repeating itself. Another gang rape case has emerged in India, and it sounds eerily similar to the one that ended in the death of a 23-year-old student last month.

In this latest suspected assault, Indian police said six people were arrested after the rape of a 29-year-old married woman.

According to police, the victim was the only passenger on a bus Friday night as she traveled home in northern Punjab.

Allegedly, the driver refused to drop her off at her stop, and instead, took her to a deserted location.

That’s where police said the driver and his helper, along with five other people, took turns raping her throughout the night.  Police said the driver then dropped the woman off at her village the next morning.

In a surprising twist, police said all six of the suspects have admitted to the rape. Police are currently searching for the seventh suspect.

As for the victim, police said she’s recovering at home. All this, while the rest of the world waits for justice.
