Sugar Land fire crews were swinging their hoses at a couple of playgrounds Friday night, after two separate fires burned some equipment.

Those crews were called out to the first blaze at a park behind Avondale Elementary school.

They were able to quickly put out the flames, but fifteen minutes later they were called to another playground blazing up a mile and a half away at Saber River and Elkins.

Hopefully they can crystallize the details and find out who is responsible before any other playgrounds go up in smoke.
