AURORA, CO – Hate to say it, but you get creep vibes just looking at his picture. Can you imagine actually talking to James Holmes?

A woman left widowed by the Aurora, Colorado theater shooting is now suing the gunman’s psychiatrist and the University of Colorado where she works.

The civil suit says the shrink should have had Holmes arrested weeks before the attack.

For her part, Dr. Lynne Fenton hasn’t said much, due to confidentiality. But there are mixed reports about how she handled the case, including a possible admission from Holmes that he fantasized about killing.

More lawsuits may be to come.

Twelve people died and 70 were wounded in the Aurora attack over the summer.

Holmes is set to be arraigned in March.
