PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL – When someone’s unhappy with our government, they’ll protest and occupy somewhere, have a parade, or sign an online petition or something.

But 57-year-old Stephen Espalin did none of the above. Federal authorities say Espalin threatened to assassinate President Obama, his family and their dog Bo.

Espalin was admitted to a Boca Raton hospital after he complained of chest pains. He was kicked out for giving a false name and lying about having health insurance. All Espalin says he wanted was a little Obamacare; and making a threat was how he planned to get it.

It seems Espalin likes to hold grudges to anyone in the White House. According to court records, in 2001 he served 18 months in federal prison for threatening to kill then President George W. Bush.

Espalin was sentenced to four years and three months in prison for the latest threat. Maybe that will give him enough time to learn how to ask for things nicely.
