HOUSTON, TX – Life can be rough for an undocumented immigrant, but shouldn’t that be expected when you illegally come into the country?

Several local undocumented Houston residents got together to discuss their own issues and personal struggles with everyday activities. Sadly, a lot of them live a life of fear.

The organizer of the forum, Jose Eduardo Sanchez, said that just driving around gives immigrants a lot of fear.

The purpose of the forum was to discuss some more inclusive policies for reform. Houston immigrants are tired of living in the shadows.

With increased attention on immigration reform nationwide, there can be good reason for some of these immigrants to show some optimism.
