NEW YORK, NY – Mega clothing store Macy’s took the domestic diva and fellow struggling competitor JC Penney to New York’s Supreme Court.

What did she do this time? Macy’s claims that Martha struck a deal with JC Penney, after years of selling her products at Macy’s. Macy’s says they had exclusive rights to some of those products.

As for Martha, she claims she didn’t see anything wrong with the deal. Yea, says the woman who served a stint in the slammer for insider trading.

So what’s “in store” for these stores? It looks like a long legal battle. It’s a good thing Martha’s loaded.
