An alleged murder-suicide in Montana is hitting close to home.

Gregory Rodriguez, 43, was the host of the Sportsman Channel’s “A Rifleman’s Journal” and CEO of Global Adventure Outfitters in Sugar Land.

The outdoors-man was said to be on a business trip and visited a woman at her mother’s home in Whitefish, Mont.

It’s unclear what their relationship was, but something set the woman’s husband off.

Cops say Wayne Bengston showed up at the home, killed Rodriguez, brutally beat his wife, and then went home.

That’s where SWAT found Bengston, who reportedly shot and killed himself.

It’s easy to assume this was a case of jealousy turned to tragedy, but investigators are still trying to piece it all together.

Whatever it was, violence is never the answer.
