PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA – While Americans were trying to forget about the 100 years since the birth of the federal income tax, North Koreans were lining up to joyously celebrate the birthday 101 of Biggy Kim, the founder of North Korean oppression and the grandfather of the current Oppressor-In-Chief, Li’l Kim.

South Koreans celebrated Biggy Kim day by setting him and Li’l Kim on fire.

This video released over the weekend by North Korean television shows the country’s latest targets.

Washington is still number one with a bullet, but Arkansas replaces Austin on the hit parade. Los Angeles is still number three, with Hawaii hanging in there at the number four spot.

But fear not fellow citizens, Dennis Rodman is heading back to North Korea.

A few months ago, The Worm found a new BFF in Li’l Kim during some basketball diplomacy with North Korea. Now, Rodman says he’s going back in august just to hang and have some fun.

Rodman says he knows Li’l Kim is threatening nuclear strikes on the United States, pointing out that he, Rodman, is not a total idiot.

Good to know he’s not a ‘total’ idiot.
