Marci Izard shows another dish that makes you feel refreshed and also pairs good with a shrimp orzo.
- 1 bunch of kale, stems removed, leaves chopped into ½ inch strips
- 1 tbsp extra light olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ cup water
In a large covered pot, heat the olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and water over high for about a minute. Stir in the kale and drop the heat to medium. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until the kale is bright green and tender.
