chrisbrownLOS ANGELES, CA – Large graffiti monsters painted on the side of Chris Brown’s home in Los Angeles aren’t sitting too well with neighbors.

The pop star has received several complaints that his artwork is not only scaring little children, it’s also against city code.

Brown’s attorney is arguing that those who complained are just busybodies who are harassing the musician and trying to take away his first amendment right.

The city doesn’t see it that way. It’s given Brown 30 days to remove the graffiti, or face fines.
