chocMILWAUKEE, WI – It doesn’t take an adult to understand guns are dangerous.

Myles Nelson is a second grader in Milwaukee, but he’s got a plan for the grown-ups.

“We were eating lunch, and he said ‘Miss Barb I have a really good idea. I think guns should shoot chocolate bullets,'” said Myles teacher, Barb Rankin.

So, Myles sent a letter to a big guy on Capitol Hill.

It read:

“Dear Vice President Biden, I have a great idea. I think guns should shoot out chocolate bullets. Then no one will get killed and no one will be sad.”

And who would have thought it, like a real life Mr. Wonka, Mr. Biden wrote back.

The letter read, “Dear Myles, I really like your idea. If we had guns that shot chocolate not only would our country be safer, it would be happier. People love chocolate. You’re a good boy.”

It’s no surprise how Myles came up with the sweet idea. “I just like chocolate very much so that’s why I made it chocolate bullets.”

Hey, it’s not the worst idea we’ve heard.
