Erin Brockovich arrested for drunken boating

ERINLAKE MEAD, NV – Environmental activist Erin Brockovich has some real-life drama of her own.

She’s facing charges, after cops say she was drinking while boating at Lake Mead near Las Vegas.

Cops noticed she was having trouble docking her boat.

After testing the 52-year-old’s blood alcohol level they found that it was more than twice the legal limit.

She posted bond and was released.

Boating while intoxicated is a misdemeanor in Nevada– which means a fine and no jail time.
