LONDON, ENGLAND – Sometimes you can’t help but lose focus at work. Maybe your eyelids get a little heavy.

Closing your eyes for a few seconds certainly won’t hurt anyone, right?

It’s official: according to, 2:55 is the least productive time of day for office work. It’s late in the afternoon and workers start zoning out by surfing the web a little, or maybe planning out their evenings.

On the other side of the spectrum, 10:26 is the most productive time followed closely by 4:16. By that time, workers want to get their work done so they can get home!

If you reach that afternoon lull, go grab that last cup of coffee or maybe a candy bar. Heck, do some jumping jacks if it will help you get back on track.
