Bats singing the Batman theme song is painfully awful

batsCAMBRIDGE, MA – Holy high pitched noises, Batman. Dutch researcher Wolter Seuntjens thinks it would be cool to hear the 1960’s Batman theme song sung by actual bats.

Bat sounds are squeaky and unpleasant for the human ear to listen to; if they’re able to be heard at all.

Seuntjens transposed recorded bat sounds down a few octaves, assigned the new sounds to keyboard keys and voila, the world’s first bat-organ.
