- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1¼ cup flour, ideally white whole wheat
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ⅛ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup peanut butter, preferably smooth
Preheat oven to 350F.
Thoroughly combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. Stir in the cocoa powder. Gently add the flour and chocolate chips, and then fold in the peanut butter.
Bake in an 8×8 greased pan for 20-25 minutes.
